Coffee or Gelato Products Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. We realize the subjective taste of coffee and urge our customers to sample our coffees to find out what taste they're searching for before committing to bulk purchases.

Equipment Return

All equipment carries a one year manufacturer warranty policy covering parts and/or labor, depending on brand. If a home machine arrives in non-working condition, it can be returned within 30 days for an exchange. If for any reason you do not like your espresso machine you may return it for a refund within 14 days, a 15% restocking fee applies. To receive a refund, the machine must be shipped in its original carton, with insurance covering the replacement cost and be in perfect condition.

Shipping

We strive to get all packages out the same business day if the order was placed before 1:00pm EST. If free shipping is selected, we will ship your coffee via FedEx Smart Post. Average transit times for Smart Post are 3-8 days depending on your address. If you need your coffee sooner please select the appropriate shipping method.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage from shipping please call us at 1-800-424-4221 to report the damage. You must contact us within 5 business days. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, peanuts, etc...) as the shipper will come to inspect the package. You may also call the shipper. FedEx can be reached at 1-800-GO-FEDEX. We will gladly ship an exchange product when a claim number from the shipper is issued.

Parts

Parts cannot be returned new or used.
